Five years ago, microfunk community launched a project called “Applied Minimalism” and encouraged all producers to submit tracks with the condition that it was created from only one sample – the kick drum of the classic Roland TR-808 drum machine.

Over 70 tunes were sent in by various artists and then properly mixed by Microfunk crew. We decided to share some tracks from this mix with you for free. So here are 4 tunes by Oak, Bop and Korsun.
